Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, or using Cultura do Caractere ("Application").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. License Grant: Cultura do Caractere grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Content Restrictions:
a. You agree not to post, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
b. You specifically agree not to post pornography or sexually explicit content. Any violation of this provision will result in immediate removal of the content, and repeated violations may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
c. Users who post abusive content, including but not limited to, content that promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination, or harassment, will be banned from the platform permanently.
3. Age Requirement:
a. By using the Application, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years old, you may not use the Application. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18 or 21 years old), you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Application.
4. Intellectual Property Rights: The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cultura do Caractere and its licensors. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Cultura do Caractere.
5. Termination: This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Cultura do Caractere. Cultura do Caractere may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
6. Disclaimer: The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Cultura do Caractere be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application.
8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to This Agreement: Cultura do Caractere reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, Cultura do Caractere will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Cultura do Caractere's sole discretion.
